NO PETS ALLOWED IN CABINS #11 & #12 & BEACH CHALET

For January through March we check in from Friday to Friday or Sunday to Sunday for those staying a week. No Saturday check ins.

We will accept weekend reservations Except for the summer months and for hunting season.

• A $300 Deposit for each WEEKEND stay in "Off & Mid season" is required to hold a reservation. Other deposits for 2012 will be based on the size of the cottage:
  2 bedroom = $500.00
  3 bedroom = $700.00
  4/5 bedroom = $1000.00
  All requests and deposits will be promptly acknowledged.

• All Rates are "base rates" for a specific season and fixed number of people in a particular cabin. Additional persons may be added for an extra charge in season specific times.

• Rates Include: Use of facilities, in season specific times, one 14' rowboat per cabin. The whirlpool is not open in our off-season. January-March checkins are Friday-Friday or Sunday-Sunday for those staying a week.

• Linen Rentals: 
  Sheets (all sizes) - peak season ........................................$10.00  
  Sheets (all sizes) - mid & off season................................... $8.00
       Bath towel/washcloth or kitchen towels/dishcloth ........... $2.50
  Arrangements must be made in advance because we use a linen service. 

• Dogs - Specific permission is required prior to arrival subject to a $10 per night or $70 per week per dog charge. Dogs are only permitted mid- and off-season in certain cabins. No dogs allowed in summer or in the Main Lodge. Dogs are not allowed on the XC ski trails in the winter. Owners are responsible for ALL cleanup and dogs must be leashed in the main area. No pets in cabins #11 and #12 or Beach chalet.

• Cancellation Policy:  
  6-12 months' notice - 10% of deposit
  3-6 months' notice - 25% of deposit
  3 months' or less - 50% of deposit
  Only if cabin is filled; otherwise, full deposit will be taken.
